Multiple Listing Service (MLS)   There are thousands of real estate agents in the Charleston area MLS system! We network with them to maximize your exposure to actively looking buyers.

5.   Pictures! Pictures! Pictures!   Ever see a million dollar property listed with only 1 picture?!?   Happens all the time!  We believe your property deserves several pictures no matter what the listing price is, even if it is vacant land!!!  And we´ll put all the photos that fit into your MLS listing.

6.   Virtual Tour   A tour of your home will be produced and placed on MLS and all websites for people to view.  This gives your property a 24/7 open house.
